Job summary

Oshkosh AeroTech, An Oshkosh Company, seeks a CMMS Specialist to administer the CMMS across facilities, GSE, and maintenance resources, ensuring accurate data, preventive and corrective maintenance planning, and timely work order coordination.

You will support end-user training, generate system reports, track PM programs, and collaborate with Maintenance Manager to meet timelines and cross-functional goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS such as HxGN EAM.
• Ability to manage asset records and work orders.
• Strong data accuracy and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update CMMS data for asset tracking and analysis.
• Manage work orders, equipment records, and maintenance documentation.
• Analyze work orders for completeness and accuracy; ensure records are current.
• Maintain PM program: schedules, task lists, and compliance monitoring.
• Track and report maintenance-related KPIs.
• Provide end-user training and CMMS troubleshooting.
• Identify process improvements to optimize work order execution.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Manager to meet expectations and timelines.
• Act as liaison between maintenance and operations for cross-functional alignment.
• Work with technicians to ensure proper maintenance and current system records.
