Bolton & Menk, Inc. invites an Aviation Project Manager (P.E.) to join our team serving Iowa clients.

You will lead the design, budgeting, scheduling, and construction management for airport projects, including runways, taxiways, aprons, fuel systems, and hangars, while coordinating with field staff. In this leadership role, you will develop client relationships, support business development, and serve as the primary contact to airport boards and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• 5+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering
• Experience in client relationship management and business development
• Experience in plan specification development with construction contract administration

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, scheduling and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel, both design and construction
• Serve as a client contact to airport boards/commissions and airport clients as assigned
• Review and/or prepare preliminary reports and feasibility studies
• Perform business development activities (client needs, research, proposals, etc.)
• Coordinate construction administration and monitor documentation requirements with field staff
• Assist with the training and development of professional and technical staff
• Develop relationships with regulatory agencies
• Travel periodically to work sites and other project related locations
