Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
• 5+ years of progressive civil engineering experience.
• Experience with client relationship management and business development.
• Experience in plan/spec development with construction contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, budgeting, scheduling and construction management for airport projects.
• Manage multiple engineering projects and personnel, both design and construction.
• Serve as a client contact to airport boards and clients.
• Perform preliminary reports, feasibility studies, and proposals.
• Coordinate construction administration and field documentation.
• Travel periodically to work sites and project locations.
