Job summary

Bolton & Menk, Inc. is seeking an Aviation Engineer to lead design and construction management for airport projects in the Minneapolis area. You will manage budgets and schedules, serve as the client contact to airport boards, and coordinate with regulatory agencies.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and a PE license (or ability to obtain Minnesota licensure within 6 months), plus 5+ years of airport infrastructure experience. This on-site position may be based in Burnsville or Ramsey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain Minnesota licensure within 6 months.
• 5+ years of progressive civil engineering experience with airport infrastructure.
• Experience in client relationship management and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and construction management for airport projects (runways, taxiways and aprons).
• Manage budgets and schedules for assigned airport projects and assist with marketing of future clients.
• Serve as a primary client contact to airport boards and airport clients.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and travel to project sites as needed.
