Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive civil engineering experience.
• Experience leading a civil engineering design team or practice.
• Experience delivering airport-related civil/transportation projects.
• PE license and ABET-accredited degree are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Aviation/Civil Design Division and grow the practice.
• Oversee design delivery, staffing, and project performance.
• Drive business development, proposals, and client relations with MWAA and other partners.
• Mentor and develop engineers and project managers; manage cross‑discipline teams.
