PrimeFlight Aviation Services' Sky Cafe is seeking a Catering Operations Manager to oversee daily catering, transport, and warehouse activities at the Phoenix station, ensuring safe, efficient service aligned with company standards and airline contracts. You will lead supervisors and frontline staff, manage labor planning and budgets, drive KPI performance, and maintain regulatory compliance.

This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays and to obtain necessary airport

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, or aviation services.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to obtain required airport clearances.
• Ability to operate ground service equipment.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Must complete required training and certifications.
• Flexibility in scheduling.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee daily catering, transport, and warehouse operations.
• Promote and uphold company core values and a safety-first culture.
• Ensure all operations comply with policies, airline requirements, and regulations.
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to supervisors and staff.
• Conduct regular team meetings and engagement discussions.
• Support development of labor and expense forecasts.
• Monitor DLP and revenue performance.
• Ensure KPI and SLA targets are met or exceeded.
• Identify efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
• Oversee scheduling across all areas to fit budget.
• Lead hiring, training, and onboarding with HR.
• Coach and develop team members, including succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and regulatory standards.
• Drive accountability for performance and service delivery.
• Maintain understanding of airline contracts and service requirements.
• Oversee aircraft servicing for safety and on-time performance.
• Ensure accurate operational documentation and reporting.
• Communicate updates, risks, and issues to leadership.
