Job summary

Alliance Ground International in San Francisco seeks a Warehouse Agent to support loading and unloading cargo, verify piece counts and documents, and store freight safely. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, keep inventory up to date, and complete paperwork in the company system while adhering to safety policies.

A HS diploma, valid driver’s license, and US work eligibility are required. This role requires physical stamina and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays; AGI

Qualifications

• Good communication with flight crew, gate agents, and ground crew.
• Basic math to count pieces, weights, and dimensions.
• Computer systems used to track cargo.
• Problem-solving during loading/unloading.
• Time management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate loading/unloading of cargo to/from trucks.
• Check freight for piece count, weight, dimensions and documents.
• Issue warehouse receipt or collect signed delivery receipt.
• Ensure cargo release issued before delivery to consignee or agent.
• Operate forklift, aircraft pallets, and pallet jacks.
• Break down cargo from import flights and store properly.
• Build up cargo for export flights per supervisor instructions.
• Maintain inventory of freight, equipment, and containers.
• Maintain cargo security and report tampering.
• Complete paperwork and data entry into company systems.
• Follow safety procedures and required trainings.
• Be on time and willing to work flexible hours.
