Job summary

Alliance Ground International is seeking a Warehouse Agent in Fort Myers, FL to support inbound/outbound cargo operations with safety as a core priority. You will load/unload shipments, verify counts, and maintain inventory while using basic handling equipment and radio communications.

The role requires 18+ years, a valid driver’s license, and US work authorization, with ramp/SIDA training and a willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• US work authorization (US work location).
• Ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority ID.
• If required by role, ability to secure a Customs Seal.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate loading/unloading of cargo to/from trucks.
• Verify freight piece count, weight, dimensions and documents.
• Issue warehouse receipts or delivery receipts as required.
• Operate basic cargo handling equipment (forklift, pallets, pallet jacks).
• Break down/import cargo and store properly; load export freight per supervisor.
• Maintain warehouse inventory and security of cargo/equipment.
• Complete paperwork and data entry in company systems.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in required training.
