Qualifications

• Airport Ground Handling experience at a high-volume international airport.
• Strong Finance and Accounting Experience and Background.
• Ability to communicate with senior level personnel.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedures.
• Ability to work with a multinational workforce and adapt locally.

Responsibilities

• Implement Menzies Aviation Policies and Procedures as per Eight Pillars.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with airline contracts and budgets.
• Maintain safety and security procedures per regulations.
• Monitor performance and address shortfalls.
• Coordinate with airline station managers, operations, handling agents, customs, and security.
• Provide reports and service delivery measurements.
• Lead the management team and develop staff.
• Interview, train, plan, assign, and evaluate staff performance.
• Shift as required and report deficiencies.
• Suggest improvements to safety and security practices.
