Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking an Account Manager for our Hayden, CO location at Yampa Valley Regional Airport. You will support the operational team to deliver safe, efficient cargo services and manage relationships with assigned airline customers.

The role requires experience in ground handling, strong communication, and leadership abilities. You will work at a major airport with emphasis on safety, security, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and 2–5 years related experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior level personnel.
• Experience working with a multinational workforce.
• Knowledge of IATA Standard Ground Handling Agreement.
• Valid state driver's license and FAA/Airport identifications.

Responsibilities

• Implement Menzies Aviation policies and procedures as laid down in the Eight Pillars of Management.
• Ensures service delivery to customer airlines is according to the airline contracts, and within the budget.
• Ensures safety and security procedures are performed according to regulations and international standards.
• Monitors performance and takes action to correct shortfalls.
• Liaises with airline station managers, airport operations staff, handling agents, customs, immigration and security officials.
• Provides reports as required and service delivery measurements.
• Provides leadership to the management team and develops their skills.
• Interview, train, plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance and recognition.
