Job summary

Menzies Aviation, Hayden, CO, is seeking an Account Manager to support the cargo service function at the Yampa Valley Regional Airport. You will manage airline customer relationships, coordinate with airport operations, and lead problem resolution to ensure safe, efficient service at a high-volume facility.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will supervise the Ground Handling team, implement policies, and drive performance, safety, and compliance while maintaining strong customer relations

Qualifications

• Able to communicate effectively with senior level personnel.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Finance and Accounting Experience and Background.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to present information to groups of managers, clients, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Assist operational team to deliver safe, high-volume cargo service at an international airport.
• Lead liaison between airline customers and the company; manage relationships.
• Ensure service delivery per contracts and within budget; monitor performance.
• Provide reports and service delivery measurements to leadership.
• Supervise Ground Handling department activities and staff.
• Support safety, security, and regulatory compliance across duties.
