Job summary

AIM, located in Philadelphia, PA, seeks a Career Success Coordinator to guide students from enrollment to job placement. You will drive certification completion, career readiness, and placement preparation across the student lifecycle.

You'll engage students early, build relationships with employers, and coordinate with education teams to monitor readiness and outcomes, while documenting activities and reporting metrics.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills with a student-centered approach.
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with shared accountability.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage a student caseload and meet defined performance metrics.
• Retention and persistence of students; certification readiness and attainment.
• Career readiness and placement-related activities and reporting.
