Job summary

AIM—Aviation Institute of Maintenance—seeks a Career Success Coordinator in Atlanta, GA. This full-time role focuses on guiding students from enrollment through graduation into meaningful employment, driving certification readiness and placement preparation.

You will manage student caseloads, collaborate with educators, employers, and career services partners, and support job applications and interview prep while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in student services, advising, or career services preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a student-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage a student caseload and meet performance metrics related to retention, certification readiness, and placement.
• Serve as a career readiness advocate and point of contact for students.
• Coordinate with education teams to monitor certification readiness and outcomes; assist with job applications and placement follow-up.
• Support workshops, career fairs, and placement activities and document all interactions.
