Aviation Institute of Maintenance in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Career Success Coordinator to guide students from enrollment through graduation and into employment. You will engage students early, build relationships, and drive certification and placement readiness.

This full-time role involves managing caseloads, tracking outcomes, collaborating with educators and employers, and supporting workshops and job applications to ensure successful placement.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills with a student-centered approach.
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with shared accountability.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems.
• A positive, team-oriented approach and willingness to work outside regular business hours and travel locally or overnight as needed.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage a student caseload and meet defined performance metrics.
• Support retention, certification readiness, graduation progression, and placement indicators.
• Serve as a consistent point of contact and advocate for assigned students.
• Identify and address barriers to certification readiness and job placement.
• Coordinate with employer engagement and career services to prepare students for placement.
• Document student interactions, outcomes, and required audits.
