Job summary

Tulsa International Airport is seeking a Project Manager to lead capital improvement projects across airfield, aviation buildings, and landside infrastructure in Tulsa, OK. You will oversee planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout, ensuring FAA and local requirements are met while coordinating with internal departments and external partners.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in project management, preferably in aviation, with PE preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible project management experience, preferably in aviation or public civil infrastructure.
• PE preferred; experience supporting engineering projects, capital improvements, consultants, or contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and selection for architectural, engineering, and construction services.
• Develop scopes of work, prepare and review contracts for design and construction management.
• Review designs to ensure alignment with safety, operations, and long-term maintenance goals.
• Prepare bid documents and construction contracts per regulations and policies.
• Set timelines, monitor progress, and report delays and budget changes to leadership and FAA.
• Administer FAA grant applications and ensure grant condition adherence.
