Job summary

FSB Architects + Engineers is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex aviation design projects and mentor junior PMs in our Oklahoma City, Tulsa, or Dallas offices.

The role oversees planning through construction, managing budgets, schedules, quality, and strong client relationships within the aviation market. Travel is required; licensure is preferred, with PMP as an alternative. 15+ years in the field and a relevant degree are expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading complex architectural/engineering projects.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience managing aviation design projects and developing long-term client relationships.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, contracts, resource planning, and quality management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of aviation projects across all phases, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Develop and implement project strategic plans aligned with client objectives and market goals.
• Serve as primary client contact, building trusted relationships with aviation clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare and negotiate scopes of work, fee proposals, contracts, and consultant agreements.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams by coordinating staff, consultants, and resources.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, profitability, invoicing, quality, and risk; implement recovery plans as needed.
• Provide mentorship to less experienced project managers and drive collaboration.
