Job summary

West Star Aviation Inc. in Chattanooga, TN, is seeking a Billing Coordinator to join our team. The role centers on opening and invoicing work orders, maintaining accurate schedules across departments, and delivering strong customer service with meticulous attention to detail.

You will coordinate with service, parts and vendors, assist with pricing accuracy, and serve as the central contact for the sales team and managers. Strong communication and multi-project coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Open and bill work orders in a timely manner and assist in maintaining accuracy of schedules for multiple departments.
• Assist leads and project management to assure accuracy of pricing, departmental posting, and billing of work orders in a timely manner.
• Central point of contact for sales team, managers, team leaders/supervisors for opening work orders and adding to aircraft schedule.

Responsibilities

• Open and bill work orders from signed proposals and templates to maintain consistency.
• Assist with pricing accuracy and posting for multiple departments.
• Coordinate with service, parts and vendors to ensure proper billing and filing of warranty/maintenance claims.
• Support billing disputes and draft proposed credits/debits as needed.
• Communicate clearly in English (spoken/written).
• Handle other duties as assigned.
