Frontier Airlines is seeking an Asset Control Specialist at Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix, AZ to manage turn-in transactions and safeguard inventory using FMIS. The role requires experience with warehouse operations, airline parts, and FMIS knowledge.

You will generate weekly metrics, maintain accurate records, ensure security, and comply with FAA/DOT regulations while supporting a multi-million dollar parts inventory.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience required.
• Prior parts experience in the airline industry preferred.
• One year experience as a Material Specialist or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate transactions on parts returned to inventory in FMIS.
• Safeguard company assets by tracking returned parts and coordinating with customers to resolve outstanding parts.
• Create weekly metrics and reports to measure inputs and outputs during turn-in transactions.
• Complete accurate removal transactions to maintain aircraft records in the parts inventory system.
• Complete accurate inventory count verifications on a multi-million dollar inventory.
• Analyze FMIS system failures and coordinate with departments to resolve them.
• Ensure warehouse security.
• Observe FAA and DOT regulatory compliance in all activities.
• Organize and maintain quarantine parts area with accurate condition codes and bin locations.
• Maintain Material Scrap Evaluation for removal actions.
• Dispostion parts processed by Material Scrap Evaluation and coordinate for potential destruction.
• Assign correct condition code and bin locations for surplus inventory.
• Track parts in robbed status and coordinate resolution to return to serviceable condition.
• Daily stores maintenance to keep shelves and surfaces clean.
