Job summary

MTW Aerospace Inc is seeking an ambitious Sales Representative to join our successful Sales Team. You will grow our customer base by identifying potential customers, maintaining contact with existing customers, and facilitating order fulfillment for aircraft parts.

Respond to parts requests, answer questions about parts and part fitment, and leverage our sales software to manage a customer database. This role rewards performance with commission after training and offers a solid benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college graduates welcome to apply.
• Valid state driver's license and clean driving record are required.
• Prior inside sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer contacts for parts requests.
