Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services is seeking an Account Manager to maintain client records, ensure satisfaction and promote new business in a team‑oriented aviation environment. You will manage payments, resolve issues and help build partnerships while meeting KPIs and SOPs.

Ideal candidates will have aviation customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate with sales to upsell within existing accounts. Flexible shifts, including nights and holidays, may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• Must hold a valid drivers license and pass a background check.
• Experience in aviation customer service or ramp operations preferred.
• Strong English communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate to identify service enhancements and upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services on time.
• Monitor accounts, track performance metrics, and analyze data.
• Prepare reports summarizing performance and recommendations.
• Ensure staff training and safety standards are met.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and payroll records.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
