An established industry player is seeking an Aviation Accessory Technician to perform critical maintenance and alterations on civil aviation articles. This role requires a high mechanical aptitude and 4-6 years of aviation accessory experience. The technician will work closely with the Production Coordinator and Senior Accessory Technician, ensuring all components meet airworthiness specifications. Daily tasks include assembling and testing fuel controls, utilizing hand and specialty tools, and documenting maintenance records. SUMMARY:
The Aviation Accessory Technician will perform maintenance and alteration tasks on civil aviation articles in accordance with the current technical data provided in the manufacturers' Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Services Bulletins, service letters, Airworthiness Directives, government and industry standard practices, and other data acceptable to or approved by the FAA.
