Responsibilities

• Teach and coach Technical Skills: Present and demonstrate technical education to standards; evaluate students’ performance daily; oversee and coach haircutting, color, nail, waxing and make-up.
• Teach & coach Guest Service Delivery: Demonstrate guest service delivery in line with Aveda standards; teach students to create the Aveda guest experience.
• Teach and coach Professional Behaviors: Conduct daily coaching on attendance, dress code and professional conduct; collaborate with campus leadership on student records.
• Teach & coach Achievement of Productivity benchmarks: Help students reach benchmarks, monitor performance, and contribute to creating salon-ready professionals.
