Responsibilities

• Teach and coach technical skills to students per Aveda Institute standards.
• Evaluate students’ technical performance daily and develop coaching plans.
• Oversee and coach haircutting, color, nail, waxing and makeup.
• Coach in the moment, encourage innovation and teach during each model or mannequin workshop.
• Teach & coach guest service delivery and implement the 12 points of difference and guest service delivery wheel.
