Responsibilities

• Present and demonstrate technical education to meet Aveda Institute standards.
• Evaluate student performance daily and develop coaching plans.
• Oversee and coach students in haircutting, color, nail, waxing and makeup.
• Coach during model and mannequin workshops to foster guest experiences.
• Teach professional behaviors and attendance, dress code and professionalism.
• Assist with career events and student recognition.
