Job summary

Be Aveda Institutes seeks an energetic educator to model, teach, coach, develop and retain students, guiding them to deliver the Aveda guest experience at or above Institute standards.

You will lead technical education in haircutting, color, nail, waxing and makeup, coach daily on performance and professionalism, and collaborate with campus staff to ensure student success and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years behind the chair.
• Cosmetology license in Florida.
• Passionate about learning and teaching.
• Strong presentation and communications skills.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Present and demonstrate technical education to students.
• Evaluate students daily and develop coaching plans.
• Oversee and coach students in haircutting, color, nail, waxing and makeup.
• Teach guest service delivery and the Aveda guest experience.
• Maintain campus team collaboration and participate in events.
