Job summary

Shepard Exposition Services seeks a Warehouse Manager, AV to oversee all warehouse operations and coordinate with the Audio, Video, and Lighting departments nationwide. The role requires coordinating equipment needs for upcoming jobs and managing shipping to venues across the United States.

Responsibilities include pulling/restocking equipment, procuring supplies, tracking missing gear, managing payroll, and interfacing with accounts payable.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse operations for live events or AV gear is preferred.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Review upcoming jobs company-wide and consult with Equipment Managers in preparation for scheduling and supplying equipment needs.
• Assist when needed to pull and restock equipment for jobs, and load and unload trucks.
• Procure expendables.
• Assist with the tracking of missing equipment.
• Oversee and attend to warehouse needs.
• Manage workday schedule for warehouse associates including lunch breaks, time off, etc.
• Coordinate shipping to and from offices and venues throughout the United States.
• Write purchase orders and interface with the accounts payable team.
• Manage payroll for warehouse staff.
