Job summary

Shepard is seeking a Warehouse Manager, AV to oversee all warehouse operations and coordinate with the Audio, Video, and Lighting departments across the United States, starting with Atlanta. This role ensures accurate scheduling, equipment stocking, and timely dispatch for live events.

You will manage warehouse staff, approve purchase orders, track inventory, and collaborate with accounts payable and payroll teams to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Warehouse Management experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Live Events industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review upcoming jobs company-wide and consult with Equipment Managers for scheduling and supplying equipment needs.
• Assist with pulling and restocking equipment for jobs, and loading/unloading trucks.
• Procure expendables.
• Assist with tracking missing equipment.
• Oversee and attend to warehouse needs.
• Manage workday schedule for warehouse associates including lunch breaks and time off.
• Coordinate shipping to and from offices and venues across the United States.
• Write purchase orders and interface with accounts payable.
• Manage payroll for warehouse staff.

Job description

Key Contributions of the Role

• Review upcoming jobs company-wide and consult with Equipment Managers in preparation for scheduling and supplying equipment needs.

• Warehouse Management experience required.
• Previous experience using the IntelliEvent inventory system is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of the Live Events industry preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
