Job summary

TekSynap is seeking an AV Multimedia Engineer to join our team at Buckley Space Force Base in Aurora, CO. The role will maintain and enhance AV/VTC/Multimedia infrastructure, provide expert technical support across multiple sites, and serve as a SME for staff and leadership.

The ideal candidate has hands-on IT experience with AV/VTC/Multimedia systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently. TekSynap offers comprehensive benefits and a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of professional experience supporting AV, broadcast, or multimedia display systems.
• 3 years of MDDS or enterprise AV/multimedia systems experience preferred.
• 3 years experience as a Tier 2/3 escalation point coordinating with OEM/vendor support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update AV/VTC/Multimedia systems, including hardware, software, patches, upgrades, and unique applications using government-approved solutions.
• Provide standard and advanced enterprise-wide AV/VTC/Multimedia support including configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Manage and track support requests in ServiceNow; ensure timely updates and ticket closure.
