Job summary

CompTech Computer Technologies seeks an experienced Video Telecommunications Specialist - Level II to provide AV and VTC support for DHA in enterprise environments at JBSA-Lackland. You will configure, test, operate, and troubleshoot conference room systems, assist end users, and coordinate sessions to ensure seamless connectivity.

The role requires four years of hands-on VTC/AV experience, ability to work on-site, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

Four (4) years of experience in video telecommunications, VTC support, audiovisual technology, technical support, or related discipline.
Hands-on experience supporting VTC and/or enterprise audiovisual systems.
Experience troubleshooting conference room AV/VTC equipment and resolving technical issues.
Experience setting up, testing, operating, and supporting video conferencing sessions.
Experience coordinating or scheduling VTC sessions, conference rooms, or audiovisual resources.

Responsibilities

Provide intermediate-level technical support for VTC, AV, and conference room systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot VTC and conference room equipment, diagnose technical problems, and perform repairs.
Initiate and manage trouble tickets when issues require escalation or additional technical support.
Perform video capturing and transfer captured video content to designated media streaming servers.
Support the setup, operation, testing, and monitoring of VTC and AV equipment for meetings and events.
Verify conference room systems are operational and properly configured prior to scheduled sessions.
