Job summary

TheCoTeam is seeking a dependable, hands-on field professional for construction-site work in the New York area. The role requires frequent travel to project sites and a consistent 40-hour workweek, with standard hours from 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday.

Ideal candidates have construction site experience, the ability to handle ladders and tools, and a calm, collaborative attitude. Travel is a core part of the job and must be accepted as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Experience on construction sites.
• Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools.
• Stable work history (3 yrs between hops).

Responsibilities

• Travel to project sites as required.
• Support on-site operations and field activities.
• Work Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm with travel between locations.

Job description

You Are:

• A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.

You Have:

• Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

Your Location:

• Between Philadelphia and NYC - ability to commute to either location
• Projects are located in the surrounding area

Your Schedule:

• Full Time (40hrs/Wk) – We do not short your hours!!!
• Mon-Fri: Mon-Fri from 8am to 4pm or 9am-5pm + travel (required)
