Job summary

Springboard Automation seeks a hands-on Technician to pull, terminate and test low‑voltage cabling, mount end devices, and build equipment racks. You will configure advanced systems and troubleshoot networks across field sites in the NY area.

Eligible candidates have construction site experience, Lutron Homeworks certification or equivalent, and a willingness to travel. The role offers full‑time hours, benefits, and travel compensation.

Qualifications

Experience on construction sites with ability to climb ladders and use power/hand tools.
Lutron Homeworks Certified or Equivalent; Crestron/C4 Panelized Lighting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Pull/Terminate/Test Low-Voltage Cabling (Category, Fiber, Speaker, Lutron, Crestron).
Mount devices at the ends of wires.
Build and lace equipment racks.
Advanced setup and configuration of devices.
Advanced understanding of networks.
Advanced troubleshooting of devices.
Programming (Lutron/C4/Savant/Crestron).
