Springboard Automation in Hamilton, NJ is seeking a technically inclined field technician for low-voltage cabling, device installation, and advanced network troubleshooting. Travel between Philadelphia and NYC is required, with full-time hours and a 40-hour work week.

The role emphasizes hands-on work on construction sites, with opportunities to program Lutron Crestron/Savant systems and grow technical expertise in control systems.

Qualifications

• Experience on construction sites and field work.
• Ability to climb ladders and pull cabling using power and hand tools.
• Lutron Homeworks certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Savant/C4/Crestron programming.

Responsibilities

• Pull/Terminate/Test Low-Voltage Cabling (Category, Fiber, Speaker, Lutron, Crestron).
• Mount devices at the ends of those wires.
• Build and lace equipment racks.
• Advanced setup and configuration of devices.
• Advanced understanding of networks.
• Advanced troubleshooting of devices.
• Programming (Lutron/C4/Savant/Crestron).
