Pacer Group in Louisville, Kentucky seeks an experienced AV Systems Test Engineer to validate Zoom platform updates, room system integrations, and collaboration technologies before production deployment. This role focuses on ensuring seamless end-user adoption and system interoperability across enterprise environments.

You will develop test plans for Zoom Desktop Client, Zoom Rooms, and Zoom Phone, validate hardware interoperability with cameras, microphones, touch controllers, and displays, and

Qualifications

Experience testing video conferencing platforms.
Ability to validate pre-release software and hardware integrations.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute structured test plans and test cases for Zoom Desktop Client, Zoom Rooms, and Zoom Phone.
Configure, maintain, and test interoperability between Zoom environments and enterprise AV hardware.
Simulate real-world meeting scenarios to validate audio, video, content sharing, and room control functionality without impacting end-user productivity.
Identify, document, and track defects and configuration issues with cross-functional teams for fast resolution.
Provide data-driven go/no-go recommendations for production deployment based on test results and risk analysis.
