Job summary

Asana is seeking an experienced AV & Events Engineer to join our IT Team in Warsaw. You’ll manage AV and event operations across our worldwide offices, keep 100+ Zoom Rooms across Europe and APAC fully operational, and support executive events.

This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric schedule and occasional 1–2 remote days for testing and maintenance. You will collaborate with stakeholders, plan events, troubleshoot A/V issues, and develop runbooks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience servicing video conferencing rooms or L2/L3 AV IT support.
• Experience with corporate live events, conference centers, or hotel AV is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creative solution development.
• Flexibility to travel and support occasional night/weekend maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet event technology needs.
• Perform daily checks of conference spaces for full functionality.
• Operate a wide range of A/V equipment (Zoom, Crestron, QSYS, Logitech, Neat).
• Plan and support events from 300+ attendees to small team meetings.
• Edit videos with Adobe Creative Suite and maintain a video library.
• Troubleshoot A/V and network issues affecting events.
• Develop runbooks and document troubleshooting guides.
• Provide on-the-fly event solutions and train end users for DIY events.
