You will diagnose issues, ensure reliable operation, and collaborate with Event Services and other stakeholders to minimize downtime.

The role emphasizes strong customer service for faculty, staff, students, and vendors, with duties ranging from routine maintenance to live event support.

Qualifications

• 2 years of AV and live event production experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Audio Visual or related field.
• Extron AV Associate or ITIL Foundations certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and support AV systems in classrooms and event spaces.
• Diagnose connectivity, hardware, and software issues to restore service.
• Install and maintain AV cabling and infrastructure.
• Provide user support to faculty, staff, students, and vendors.
• Deliver live event support in coordination with other services.
• Document issues and resolutions in ServiceNow.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and AV services.
• Support AV projects and lifecycle management.
