You will lead AV Driver/Operator teams, plan shifts, ensure compliance, coach staff, collaborate with operations, fleet, safety, and engineering, and travel up to 90% between locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Transportation, Logistics, Automotive, or related field.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and supervise AV Driver/Operator teams across assigned locations.
• Conduct daily shift planning, scheduling, task delegation, and attendance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and operational protocols.
• Train, coach, and mentor AV operators on procedures and program standards.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage disciplinary actions when required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Fleet, Safety, Engineering) to resolve issues.
• Monitor productivity metrics and implement efficiency improvements.
• Respond promptly to on-ground escalations and emergencies.
• Prepare weekly operational reports and summaries.
• Coordinate with Fleet & Maintenance teams to ensure optimal vehicle uptime.
• Travel required - approximately 90% of the time across locations.

This role ensures smooth field operations, compliance with safety standards, quality of service delivery, and team performance.
