Job summary

Aceolution is seeking an AV Supervisor to oversee daily operations for the Autonomous Vehicle Drive Operations Program across designated city sites. You will ensure smooth field operations, safety compliance, and high-quality service delivery while leading a team of AV operators.

The role requires supervising driver/operator teams, planning shifts, and coordinating with Fleet, Safety, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Transportation, Logistics, Automotive, or related field.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
• Analytical mindset with process improvement capability.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Willingness to travel between assigned cities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and supervise AV Driver/Operator teams across assigned locations.
• Conduct daily shift planning, scheduling, task delegation, and attendance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and operational protocols.
• Train, coach, and mentor AV operators on procedures and program standards.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage disciplinary actions when required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor productivity metrics and implement efficiency improvements.
• Respond promptly to on-ground escalations and emergencies.
• Prepare weekly operational reports and summaries.
• Coordinate with Fleet & Maintenance teams to ensure optimal vehicle uptime.
• Travel required - approximately 90% of the time across locations.
