Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues for FTR solutions.
• Conduct proactive support and maintenance of AV equipment at client sites.
• Troubleshoot and repair multimedia equipment including recording systems and DSPs.
• Configure portable AV and recording solutions as required.
• Maintain accurate reporting in case management systems and asset registers.
• Provide regular progress updates and meet SLAs with customers.
