Job summary

Tyler Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Service Engineer to act as a frontline liaison and help clients maximize FTR products within court environments. The role covers diagnosing hardware and software issues, proactive AV maintenance, and on-site support.

You will troubleshoot multimedia equipment, configure portable AV and recording solutions, and document case records while meeting SLAs. Travel and after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with hardware, audiovisual and/or digital audio systems.
• Formal training with installed AV systems; understand troubleshooting of AV over IP.
• Experience reading schematic drawings and guiding troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues involving FTR solutions.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of audiovisual equipment and recording systems.
• Configure and deploy portable AV and recording solutions at customer sites.
• Maintain accurate case management and asset records.
• Provide regular progress updates and escalate where needed.
