Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc. (STI-TEC) specializes in professional business and information management services, supporting USDOT with a centralized media center for video production, livestreaming, podcasting, AV support and animation.

This full-time role focuses on technical operations, production support, studio and field production, and ongoing systems maintenance for high-visibility events.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with audiovisual equipment and production systems.
• Strong understanding of audio systems and signal flow.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audiovisual systems for studio and field productions.
• Operate production equipment, including video switchers, livestream platforms, audio systems, and signal routing equipment.
• Configure and manage broadcast-quality audio systems, ensuring clean audio for livestreams and press outlets.
• Provide reliable audio/video feeds for external media partners during live events and press conferences.
• Support remote and hybrid production needs, including live remote interviews and external broadcast connection.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure equipment setup and compatibility for on-site productions.
