Job summary

Amgen is seeking an AV Production Technician to support planning, setup, operation, and delivery of live, hybrid, and virtual events across multiple spaces. The role emphasizes hands-on audio and video production, Dante/NDI workflows, streaming, and webcasting with Webex, Teams, and Zoom support.

The successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders, executives, and vendors to ensure technically sound productions, quality control, and timely delivery in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

Hands‑on experience supporting live, hybrid, and virtual event production in a corporate environment.
Strong working knowledge of professional audio systems and live audio troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Support end‑to‑end technical execution of live, hybrid, and virtual events.
Operate, configure, and troubleshoot AV production systems.
Support Dante and NDI workflows and streaming platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams to meet event goals.
Maintain and troubleshoot control room and AV spaces.
