Job summary

Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc (STI-TEC) is seeking an experienced video production specialist to support USDOT media operations. You will operate cameras, lighting, and sound for studio and location shoots, and oversee end-to-end editing and post-production workflows.

You will manage multiple projects in a structured environment, travel up to 60% (East Coast) and collaborate with a federal agency team to deliver high-quality, Section 508-compliant video content.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience producing and editing professional-quality video content.
• Approximately 3-5 years of experience producing and editing video content in a professional, production, or broadcast environment.
• Proficiency in video production tools and workflows, including camera operation, audio capture, lighting, and post-production editing, using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder) or similar tools.
• Experience working in studio-style production environments, including professional lighting setups.

Responsibilities

• Operate video cameras, sound systems, and AV equipment for studio and location shoots.
• Produce and edit professional video content from capture through final delivery.
• Collaborate with USDOT/OST teams to schedule and execute on-site productions.
