Job summary

CENTERS, LLC seeks a Manager - Audio-Visual for on-site work at Pepperdine's Mountain at Mullin Park. You will lead AV operations, guide event support and manage assigned staff to ensure reliable, guest-centered experiences during high-profile events.

Based on your 5+ years of AV leadership, you will drive service quality, coordinate with campus partners, and continuously improve procedures. This hybrid AV team role opens in October 2026 on the Malibu campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years of experience supporting high-profile live events and AV technology.
• 2+ years of experience leading a team.
• Willingness to work evenings, nights and weekends.
• CTS/CTS-I/CTS-D or Extron/Dante certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Mountain AV operations, event support infrastructure and day-to-day AV service delivery.
• Drive team goals, align operations and staffing with client and CENTERS expectations.
• Oversee arena technology hardware, software, audio-visual equipment, broadcast gear and live event tech.
• Configure, operate, test, and troubleshoot AV, broadcast, graphics, routing and event-related tech.
• Coordinate logistics with campus partners, vendors and event stakeholders.
• Monitor tickets, output and feedback to drive service improvements.
• Maintain operations handbooks, training manuals and technical documentation.
• Support events during evenings, weekends and after-hours as required.
• Build partnerships with campus personnel and external vendors for ongoing success.
• Serve as day-to-day resource for high-profile events and urgent tech issues.
