Job summary

Pinnacle Live, LLC is a premier in-house AV and event production partner. We seek an Operations Manager to support the Venue Director in daily operations, event execution, and team development at venues across North America.

You will oversee setup/strike, equipment maintenance, staff training, budgeting support, vendor relations, and guest satisfaction, ensuring safety and adherence to SOPs while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years event technology experience in hospitality.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to foster long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the execution of all phases of events while maintaining best-in-class customer service.
• Ensure timely setting and striking of events and other floor activities.
• Maintain inventory integrity and equipment functionality.
• Develop staff in accordance with SOPs for elevated customer service.
• Manage budget for increased revenue and controlled expenses including sub-rentals and labor.
• Build relationships with equipment vendors to meet Pinnacle Live standards.
• Handle timely billing of events and clients, and processing of PO and invoices.
