Job summary

Pinnacle Live, LLC, a premium in-house AV and event production company, seeks an Operations Manager at Bell Harbor International Conference Center in Seattle, WA. You will support the Venue Director in daily operations, focusing on event execution, team development, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two (2) years event technology experience in a hospitality environment.
• Minimum two (2) years demonstrated managerial experience.
• Excellent communication skills with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the execution of events with a strong focus on customer service.
• Oversee timely setup, striking of events and floor activities.
• Maintain inventory integrity and equipment readiness.
• Train, manage, and develop staff per SOPs to elevate service quality.
• Build relationships with vendors to meet Pinnacle Live standards.
• Manage event billing and purchase orders; assist with budgeting.
