Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Leads the Technical Services support for assigned events.
  • Coordinates and schedules all audio-visual services for events.
  • Establishes procedures for operation and maintenance of AV equipment.
  • Adheres to operating budget for maintenance and replacements.
  • Creates standardized procedures to protect assets and control expenses.
  • Collaborates with Event Management team and university stakeholders.
  • Interacts with staff, departments, students and the public; supports a customer-friendly environment.
