Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, specifications, and applicable codes across multiple projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating daily tasks for technicians and subcontractors.
• Provide on-site technical support and guidance to installation teams.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, floor plans, and technical manuals.
• Mentor technicians on installation standards and client communication.
