Pomeroy is seeking an IT Audio Visual Support Specialist to serve as the primary technical resource for AV systems and seamless meeting execution across Client locations. The role requires deep AV expertise, hands-on troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Responsibilities include on-demand AV support, system testing, and end-user experience optimization, along with training users and maintaining documentation for AV

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of equivalent AV/IT support experience.
• Proficiency with AV hardware including switches, routers, cabling and relays.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS and Android platforms with streaming.
• CTS or other AV certifications preferred.
• Hands-on with Poly, Surface Hub, and MTR devices.
• Familiarity with Teams, Zoom and WebEx.
• Understanding of H323 and SIP protocols.
• Knowledge of wireless networks (802.11ac/ax).
• Certifications like CCNA/CCNP/CWNA/CWSP are a plus.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

Mansioni

• Provide on-demand AV support for meetings and events across locations.
• Serve as primary contact for AV issues, testing, and end-user experience.
• Collaborate with IT Digital Collaboration, Network Services and vendors.
• Maintain documentation of AV configurations, inventory, and service requests.
• Deliver training to educate users on video conferencing equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and upgrades for AV hardware/software.
• Support onsite events across multiple venues including indoor/outdoor setups.
• Assist with AV infrastructure for new construction and expansions.
• Manage digital signage and conference room displays for client content.
