Synergy Integrated Systems in Raleigh, NC is hiring a Low-Voltage Installation Technician to join our field team, installing AV, lighting, networking and security systems that make our clients' homes and businesses run smarter.

This in-person role requires hands-on work on construction sites, a steady work history, and a willingness to travel in the surrounding area. You will report to the Lead Installer & Manager, Matthew, and work four 10-hour days.

Qualifications

• Experience on construction sites.
• Ability to climb ladders and pull cabling, using power tools & hand tools.
• Steady work history (3yrs between hops) and a pleasant disposition with high EQ.

Responsibilities

• Install AV, lighting, networking and security systems on-site.
• Work with the Raleigh field team to complete projects in surrounding areas.

You Are:

• A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.

You Have:

• Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, High EQ.

Your Location:

• In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)

• Projects in surrounding area

Your Schedule:

• Full Time (40hrs/Wk)
• We work four 10 hour days
• Mon-Thurs 7:45am-6:15pm
