Responsibilities
- Deliver and support integrated AV, networking, security, and low-voltage solutions while mentoring junior technicians.
- Lead medium-to-large installation projects.
- Install and configure advanced AV, automation, and security systems.
- Deploy managed networks and advanced audio systems.
- Perform system calibration (audio and video).
- Troubleshoot complex system, network, and integration issues.
- Train clients on system operation and best practices.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and as-built records.
- Train and mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 Technicians.
